Beth Peters, Founder

A 30 year veteran in the Human Resources field, Beth’s career began at KeyCorp and has included key leadership positions such as Director of HR and Administration at The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, HR Leader and Customer Service Leader at Green Mountain Power, and Director of HR and Administrative Services at The Vermont League of Cities and Towns.

In 2010 Beth launched VIVID Workplace, which assists businesses in maximizing their potential through strategic and tactical HR solutions. Beth helps organizations create and sustain a collaborative, healthy work culture where professional growth is encouraged and supported.
